Our Rates and our Rules:
Riccis' RATES
All rates are subject to sales tax and are based on an
occupancy of 1 - 4 people.
Summer rates run from June 5, 2010 through September 4, 2010:
$675.00
weekly (no
daily rentals)
Checks should be made out to Fred Ricci
Spring & fall rates:
$600.00 weekly
$125.00 nightly/ 3 night minimum
Checks should be made out to Fred Ricci
Dock with GFCI outlet is an additional $50.00 weekly
Dock also has solar lights and a motion detection flood light.
A security deposit of $200.00 is required.
Please send a separate check for $200.00 which WILL NOT be cashed and which will BE RETURNED to you once it has been determined that no damages have been incurred during your stay.
An initial, advanced deposit of $250.00 is due upon booking reservation.
The remaining balance and the security deposit is to be paid in full 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
After April 1, deposits on canceled reservations are only refundable
if we are able to re-rent the cottage. Also, we must receive from you
a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival.
Check in time is 3:00 P.M.
Check out time is 11 A.M. sharp.
Any late check out will result in an additional fee of $100.00

Riccis' Rules
We ask that the following rules be adhered to in order to insure a safe and
enjoyable vacation experience for you and others:
- NO SMOKING in the cottage.
- No pets of any kind are allowed.
- Fireplace in living room must never be left unattended and must be thoroughly extinguished before retiring or leaving the house.
- Cottage furnishings, including blankets and chairs, are not meant to
be taken outside.
- Please respect
our neighbors and observe
quiet hours between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
- Place all household garbage in beige container in front of house.
- No fish cleaning is to be done inside the cottage. We
encourage catch and release. If however, you choose to keep and eat the
fish, a fish cleaning table is provided outside. Fish remains are to be
disposed of in one of two ways:
- Either double bagged and discarded with your household garbage or
- taken 100 feet or more off shore and disposed
of in the lake, which is the preferred method.
- Gasoline
containers should be stored near the dock area, not in or around the cottage.
- Use paddle boat responsibly; 4 life preservers are provided..
- Please turn barbecue grill off at tank when not in use and leave clean for the next guest.
- Fire ring must never be left unattended and must be thoroughly and properly extinguished before leaving the area.
- To protect our forests from destructive invasive species Fire wood can
NOT be brought from your home because the DEC does not
allow it. You must use local firewood.
- Please tidy up and leave the cottage
as you found it.
